your order

Step 2:
Include in your email:
Your full name
Your order number
Reason for return
(optional but helpful)

Step 3:
We will reply within 24 hours
with your return instructions
and prepaid return label

Step 4:
Post your item back to us
using the label we provide

Step 5:
Once we receive your return
we process your refund within
5-10 business days

Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
PayPal: 3-5 business days
Klarna: As per Klarna terms

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We will arrange a free return
and send a replacement at no
extra cost or issue a full refund
including original shipping costs.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently do not offer direct
exchanges. To get a different product
simply return your item for a refund
and place a new order.
